GENERAL SUMMARY:  Under supervision of the Director of Human Resources, performs technical work related to certification and licensure programs for certified and support staff. Advises certified staff on state requirements needed to maintain certification and provides direction to educators and administrators regarding certification status.  Works in tandem with the Coordinator of Employee Capacity to enhance and provide exceptional customer service that is instructionally focused on staffing and certification, which includes professional development along with coaching, training, growth opportunities and placement. Along with the HR Department, assures, implements, and evaluates consistent plans for employee growth and evaluation. ESSEN
