Who we Are: LSC is a proud Title I school located in South Sumter that is entering its fourth year of existence. LSC currently serves 750 scholars across two campuses, and we are on a mission to be a proof point in public education focusing on changing the narrative for what is possible by serving families in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods with the goal of uplifting communities through better educational opportunities for children. LSC's closest South Carolina counterparts in its educational model & mission include Legacy College in Greenville & Butler Academy in Hartsville.
