Richland School District Two seeks to hire an outstanding, experienced candidate for the position of Director of Talent Acquisition.  Under limited supervision, the Director of Talent Acquisition develops, implements, and manages comprehensive services and systems to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and engaging work culture. Directs the development and execution of recruitment strategies to build and sustain a talented and effective workforce. Manages and supervises the Human Resources team responsible for talent acquisition and retention, teacher and staff engagement strategies, and employee value proposition initiatives. 

Education:
Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
required.

Certification/License:
Must possess or be eligible for pHCLE or equivalent certification within one year of employment.
Must possess a valid South Carolina driver’s license or government issued picture ID.

Work Experience:
Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in human resources, communications, marketing, talent
acquisition, or recruitment; or an appropriate combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
