GENERAL SUMMARY: This role provides leadership and coordination of Federal Programs for Spartanburg District Five, ensuring effective planning, implementation, evaluation, and compliance with federal guidelines and school policies. Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, the position involves managing Federal Title I, II, and IV programs, supervising staff, collaborating with stakeholders, interpreting policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to accountability systems. It requires strategic leadership, strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive educational environment.
