Duties and Responsibilities: Supervises all human resource functions within the district for all instructional staff. Recruits and screens all instructional staff. Coordinates and assists all schools and departments with vacancy announcements, interviews, and selection of instructional staff. Serves as the district’s liaison with the SC Department of Education regarding all evaluation policies, procedures and compliance. Administers all certification and endorsement requirements for instructional staff. Assists employees with certification and endorsement issues. Manages and maintains all personnel records including certifications, transcripts, evaluations, and other required documents. E
