Requirements

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Principal certification/license
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
• Experience in educational leadership roles
• Strong understanding of data-driven instruction
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student and community populations
• Knowledge of best practices in building teacher leadership
